This page explains how to get any data Hmmverse holds about you deleted. It applies to Hmmverse Factory (which only connects to Hmmverse's own YouTube, Instagram and TikTok accounts) and to emails you sent us.
1. What data we may hold
- Hmmverse Factory: access tokens and statistics of Hmmverse's own accounts. We do not hold data about viewers or about any other YouTube, Instagram, Facebook or TikTok users.
- Email: the messages you sent to studio@hmmverse.com.
- Website: nothing. The site has no accounts and sets no cookies. The only thing stored is your language choice, which lives in your own browser (you can clear it from your browser settings).
2. Remove the app's access
If you connected an account to Hmmverse Factory, you can remove its access at any time:
- Instagram: in the Instagram app, go to your profile → menu → Settings and activity → Website permissions → Apps and websites, select Hmmverse Factory and remove it.
- Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, select Hmmverse Factory and remove it.
- Google and YouTube: open security.google.com/settings/security/permissions, select Hmmverse Factory and remove its access.
- TikTok: in the app's Settings and privacy, open the security section with connected apps and services, select Hmmverse Factory and remove its access.
When access is removed, we delete the related data within 7 days.
3. Ask us to delete your data
Email studio@hmmverse.com with the subject “Data deletion request”, and include the account username or the email address the request is about. You don't need to give a reason. We confirm receipt, delete the data as soon as possible and within 7 days, and reply to confirm it has been deleted.
